Html Tag Analysis

 
If there is one element of a Web page that is more important and more valuable than other elements it is the link. After more than a decade the link is still a controlling factor in ranking Websites by the major search engines.

In the observation we did on a group of B2B Websites over the course of more than year we looked at how the usage of Html changed. We expected the B2B Websites to be more traditional than for example so-called Web 2.0 Websites and business blogs.

Html is a markup language. It marks a text document with tags, Web browsers interpret these tags, and the result is a formatted document visible in the Web user's browser window. Html tags can also define document structure in a way that importance of various parts is understandable, both for machines and humans, and resemble the layout of classic word processing documents. Textual content is normally seen as a secure way of having content indexed by search engines and probably readable by users, but multimedia content has no such secure way even though some search engines are able to index it. That is why textual content is still the most important content for indexing and optimizing content for search engine marketing.

Making Web pages load fast increases positive user experience.
