Meaningful Words in Web Page Content

A meaningful word is a concept that we commonly use when exploring the Web sites that we study. What is a meaningful word in the context of Web page content optimization?

In our case, the answer is very simple. We define meaningful word such that it is of size 3 characters or more, is not a stop word or unwanted by a definition, and does not have a general meaning such as "Web, home and index".

The tables show data on the length of text and the number of words in Web page content obtained from two large samples.
