Color Picker and Page Element Spy Tool

The nature of Web pages is an open one among other things. Html source code, cascading style sheets and scripts is more or less open for all to see, to learn and discover the elements behind a Web page or an entire Web site.

Web sites are all about colors. Picking the right color or a set of colors is essential to any Web site design. Ideas for Web site design are often kindled by other Web sites. Finding out about the elements, colors and code that are behind nice looking Web pages often require inspection of Html source, CSS and script code which in turn might require some work when all that is wanted is an Html element tag or color code. That is unless you have the right tool for the job.

ColorZilla

ColorZilla is a very handy tool, a Firefox addon, used to inspect color codes and Html tags on Web pages by hovering over the part of Web pages that are of interest. ColorZilla then creates a pallette from the selected element color and has additional pallettes and color display method that makes this tool very convenient.
