Listing a Business Web Site

Web site directories are a proven concept and not outdated. Web directories serve valuable purpose on the Web landscape, as they are commonly a way to promote small and large Web sites and often in the early days of the Web site's lifecycle.
Picking the right Web directories to promote a Web site can be somewhat difficult. Web directories are of many types and forms. Some are conservative in look and feel while others are evolving along with the Web's trends and functionality.

We recently visited a Web directory, the-business-list.com, that offer three ways for the users to search the directory in addition to a browsing an alphabetical directory tree. Low priority listings are free.
